Individual · in everyday life

My Training Approach

Training that starts with everyday life with your dog – for a balanced dog that takes its cues from you.

Good to know: You can also complete the mandatory dog-training course with me – practical, individual and in your region.

My training approach

Individual dog training for a relaxed everyday life. Everyday life with your dog is the foundation for a harmonious, trusting relationship between human and dog – and that is exactly where I begin. My goal is to give you the most important fundamentals for species-appropriate, relaxed dog ownership. This basis determines how successfully the two of you will later master new challenges together.

The most important training content includes:

Since dogs don’t live on a training field, my training takes place where the challenges actually arise – right at your home and in your familiar everyday routine. My services are aimed at first-time dog owners as well as experienced owners who want to develop their relationship with their dog further or resolve existing difficulties.

What to expect

Support with behavioural problems. Whatever challenge you come to me with – together we analyse the causes and develop an individual path to a solution. Many behavioural problems arise from missing structure, miscommunication or unclear everyday rules. Especially important: if you are considering neutering because of a behavioural problem, please talk to me first. Often the causes lie not in the hormone balance but in other areas that can be addressed specifically through training.

Personal, independent advice. It matters to me to advise you thoroughly and independently. You receive not only concrete, practical recommendations for action, but also a solid understanding of your dog’s behaviour and the causes behind it. Because lasting change happens when you understand your dog’s needs and communication.

Successful together in the long term. So that you’re not on your own after the training either, I offer regular group meetings and training opportunities. These are open to all interested dog owners – to consolidate what you’ve learned, clarify questions and exchange experiences.

The best solution emerges when human, dog and trainer work together in harmony.

Depending on your goal, the training takes between six and ten hours, spread over several months. For each appointment I come to you for 60 minutes. The monthly meetings afterwards are sometimes necessary or recommended.

Your benefits with me

Personal coaching

You and your dog deserve individual support. My training is based on your situation, your goals and your dog’s needs. With me, you’re not one of many – every human-dog team is unique.

Training in everyday life

Many dogs behave differently on a training field than in their familiar everyday life. Only in familiar surroundings can the actual causes be identified and addressed specifically. That’s why my training takes place right at your home.

Species-appropriate training

My approach is based on the pack structure as it occurs in nature – usually without treats. Dogs communicate through emotions and body language. A dog needs clear conditions, structure, enough rest, food and exercise – explained step by step.

Lasting results

My goal is that the content is not just understood but lastingly integrated into everyday life. With monthly meetings I support you over the long term – and remain available by phone for questions afterwards too.
